This malware then sends many similar text messages to other people from your phone without your knowledge, potentially infecting them.\u003C/p>\u003Cp class=\"block-img\">\u003Cimg src=\"https://images.prismic.io/southern-phone-1/7d7520cf-a50c-4217-bfde-3223fd47aa80_scam+watch.png?auto=compress,format\" alt=\"Scam screenshot\" />\u003C/p>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Please Note\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\u003Cp>The exact wording of the message, the number from which it’s sent, and the link may vary, but Scam watch has confirmed this is a scam and that clicking on the link installs malware onto your device.\u003C/p>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>What do I do?\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\u003Cp>Most anti-virus applications for Android will be able remove the malware from the device. Alternatively, customers can perform a factory reset on their device.
